I’m an Executive Producer and Head of Production with over a decade of experience bringing ideas to life across commercial, branded, and film work. I’ve led productions at every scale—from fast-turn social to multi-million-dollar campaigns—working across the U.S. and internationally, in both union and non-union environments. My role sits at the intersection of creative and execution. I partner closely with directors, agencies, and brands to shape how ideas come to life—not just how they look, but how they’re built.
I’m known for being deeply hands-on. Whether it’s building a bid, solving problems in real time, or navigating the inevitable curveballs on set, I stay close to the work and the people making it. Because great production isn’t just about delivering—it’s about making something worth delivering.

Lead all aspects of production across film, stills, and post—from initial bid through final delivery. Partner with directors, agencies, and brands to shape production strategy and execute complex, multi-layered campaigns. Oversee budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and vendor relationships while ensuring creative integrity is maintained throughout. Build and manage scalable teams tailored to each project, leveraging a trusted freelance network.
Head of Production/ EP for a global full-service content studio. Delivering award-winning content for feature films, television, commercials, digital media and business to business communications. Working closely with Executive Producers in all business verticals. Responsibilities include all live action bids, contracts and account management. Working closely with accounting department to ensure streamline process for billing and Purchase Orders. Created standardized production manual, guidebook and process for all freelancers. Liaise with all department leads for weekly reporting for financial projections and out cost pipeline.
Freelanced for a variety of top tier production companies, leading domestic & international advertising agencies, marketing firms, and in-house brands on moderate to multi-million-dollar productions. Extensive background and experience supporting both accomplished and upcoming directors, ensuring production companies establish both new and ongoing client relationships, and retain their current valued clients. With a key focus on reaching creative and financial goals reflected in successful productions. Clients include Facebook, Instagram, State Farm Insurance & GMC, etc.
Oversaw the global production department of a leading artist management agency and branded content studio, managing a full-time team alongside an extensive freelance network. Led all bidding, contract negotiation, and account management across live action, stills, and post production. Maintained oversight of budgets across all projects, ensuring financial accuracy from greenlight through final actualization. Played a key role in expanding and formalizing the company’s in-house commercial division, helping to build both infrastructure and process. Created a comprehensive production manual and operational guidebook used by staff and freelancers to standardize workflows and elevate execution. Served as primary client liaison across all projects, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring creative and production alignment.
Clients included Vogue, Jeep/Ram, Westfield, Alfa Romeo, Coach, and Maybelline.
Supervised all aspects of production across both NY and LA offices, overseeing projects from initial bid through production and post. Led bidding across a roster of 15+ directors, working closely with Executive Producers to ensure projects were executed efficiently, on budget, and to company standards. Managed day-to-day operations of the New York office, including approval of all purchase orders and oversight of financial workflows in partnership with accounting teams. Consistently optimized production costs, delivering projects under budget while maximizing company revenue.
Clients included Gillette, Coca-Cola, BP, American Express, Audi, Disney, and other global brands.
Worked in close collaboration with Founder and Executive Producer Marc Rosenberg to lead all aspects of production across domestic and international projects. Oversaw end-to-end production for both studio and location-based work, managing crews, vendors, talent, and logistics across a wide range of budgets ($10K–$2M+). Negotiated all crew, equipment, and talent contracts, while maintaining full responsibility for financial tracking, invoicing, and production accounting. Led development of director treatments, creative proposals, and RFP responses, supporting both the creative and business sides of the company.
Managed the director roster archive and reels, ensuring materials were current and competitive. Served as acting Executive Producer on multiple projects between 2013–2015.
Played a role in establishing the non-union entity Eighteen Black, Inc., expanding the company’s production capabilities.
Clients included NewYork-Presbyterian, Fisher-Price, Breo, Humira, Tecate, and Bloomingdale’s.
Supervised post production across commercials and digital content, overseeing editorial workflows, client reviews, color grading, sound mix sessions, and final delivery for broadcast. Provided direct support to producers while managing the editorial team and coordinating across vendors to ensure seamless execution. Led client services, managing bookings, scheduling, invoicing, and studio operations. Created and maintained internal databases and organized the company’s spot library and archives.
Produced custom reels on a daily basis for agency and client needs. Edited press releases, newsletters, and website content, contributing to overall brand communication. Collaborated with the sales team on marketing efforts for BOND Audio, a division specializing in sound design, recording, and mix for TV and radio advertising. Stepped in as post producer on select lower-budget projects and assisted with billing workflows.
Clients included Pantene, Comedy Central, Nissan, and various music video productions.
